How fast does the text go out?
Usually within seconds of the missed call. Exact timing can vary slightly depending on phone networks.
Does it work with my existing number?
MisfloAI is designed to work with the business number you already have, so your customers keep calling the number they know. We’ll help you set it up with your phone provider after you sign up.
How do I set it up?
After you sign up, we give you your own MisfloAI number and help you set your phone to forward calls you don’t answer to it. On most mobiles that’s a short code you dial once. Your customers keep calling your usual number.
Will callers know it’s automated?
Texts are sent in your business’s name. If a caller asks whether they’re talking to a person, MisfloAI tells them it’s an automated assistant texting for your business, and that you’ll call them back.
What if the caller doesn’t reply?
You still get notified of the missed call along with the caller’s number, so you can decide whether to follow up yourself.
What about landlines and private numbers?
Landlines can’t receive texts, and private numbers can’t be replied to, so for those calls MisfloAI sends you an alert straight away so you can call back.
What happens if I reach my monthly text limit?
We let you know, and automated texts pause until the start of next month, so there are no surprise extra charges. You can upgrade your plan at any time.
Can customers opt out?
Yes. Customers can reply STOP at any time and they won’t receive further automated texts from your business.
Is my customers’ data safe?
We only use your customers’ details to provide the service to you, and we don’t sell them. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, stored and handled.
How do I cancel?
Email or call us at any time. There’s no lock-in contract or cancellation fee. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
